Firefighter Body Armor and Ballistic Products

New Solicitation

The City of Miami and RFxPremier are working on a solicitation for Body Armor and Ballistic-Resistant Products for Fire Departments in furtherance of the RFxPremier Cooperative Purchasing Program. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be to establish Master Agreements with qualified suppliers to provide new ballistic-resistant vests, spike- and edged-blade-resistant vests, ballistic-resistant helmets, ballistic-resistant shields, ballistic-resistant accessories and associated products. All products that will be offered on this contract will be NIJ and ASTM standard spec. certified.

Uniform Management and Laundering Services

New Solicitation

The RFxPremier Request for Proposal (RFP) Uniform Management and Laundering Services was released by the City of Fairfax, Virgina on March 28, 2025. The RFP number is 90232. All vendor proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM, Eastern Time on May 14, 2025.

The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements with qualified offereors to provide competitive pricing for a uniform management system across two distinct award categories: 1) Uniform Management & Laundering Services; 2) Uniform Sales to all Participating States and Political Subdivisions. These MAs will allow Participating Entities access to high-quality uniforms through both rental and direct purchase models, enabling them to meet their uniform needs efficiently and cost-effectively.

Eligible Entities including all states (as well as the District of Columbia and US territories), cities, counties, districts, other political subdivisions of any State, Institutions of Higher Education, K-12, quasi-governmental entities, service districts, healthcare institutions, transportation districts, tribes/tribal organizations, or nonprofit organizations.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions

The RFxPremier Request for Information (RFI) was released by the University of Utah on April 30, 2025. The RFI number is CB04302025 Artificial Intelligence Solutions for Higher Education. All responses must be submitted by 5:00pm MDT on May 21, 2025.


The purpose of this RFI is to provide notice of a potential impending RFP for artificial intelligence solutions for higher education and to gather information.

This is not a solicitation for quotes, bids, or proposals. The information received from this RFI will be analyzed and may be used to develop a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). Information obtained through this RFI may be used to shape future development plans to acquire artificial intelligence solutions for higher education, including issuing a request for proposals for the types of products/services identified in this process. The University of Utah intends to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for contractor/s to provide artificial intelligence solutions for higher education through an RFxPremier cooperative agreement.
